1. 个人简介
郑巧霞,研究员,博士生导师;北京大学基础医学院生理学与病理生理学系研究员/副教授;中国科学院生物物理研究所大分子国家重点实验室张宏院士组高访客座教授;国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金获得者。
郑巧霞博士本科毕业于中南大学湘雅医学院,硕士毕业于中国科学院动物研究所,2018年获得北京大学整合生命科学博士学位,随后在中国科学院生物物理研究所大分子国家重点实验室接受博士后训练并聘任为副研究员,2024年加入北京大学基础医学院生理学与病理生理学系。实验室课题方向主要为Ca2+信号在生理及病理条件下的生物学功能研究,尤其是内质网、溶酶体、线粒体及细胞膜等亚细胞结构空间内钙离子的浓度及时空动态变化与信号通路,并探索其在自噬调控过程及疾病中的功能。相关研究成果发表在Cell、Molecular Cell、Development Cell、Journal of Cell Science、Nature Communications、Hypertension等权威期刊。
2. 研究方向与领域
1)钙信号以及钙离子通道在心脏以及心脑血管相关生理、病理过程中的机制研究;
2)局部空间钙离子在调控特殊细胞中自噬及其相关疾病中的作用;
3)基于超分辨成像的高效溶酶体钙离子探针构建。
