  1. 个人简介:

 王凯博士,北京大学基础医学院生理学与病理生理学系,研究员,北医青年学者,血管稳态与重构全国重点实验室PI,博士生导师,北京市杰青和北京市科技新星获得者。王凯博士毕业于北京大学生物医学工程系,在哈佛医学院/波士顿儿童医院和康奈尔大学接受博士后训练。他的实验室长期致力于干细胞、类器官、生物材料和组织工程的学科交叉研究。试图从疾病模型、基因和细胞治疗的角度为包括心血管病和糖尿病等疾病的治疗提供解决方案。相关研究成果发表在Trends in Cell Biology, Science Advances, Advanced Science, Advanced Materials, Biomaterials等国际期刊。主持国自然面上和省部级基金6项。担任生理学会和病理生理学会青年工作委员会委员、青年工作委员会委员、解剖学会血管分会委员和整形美容协会血管瘤与脉管畸形整形分会委员。担任Microvascular Research和Cell Organoid杂志副主编,Cell Transplantation编委以及Military Medical Research,Burns & Trauma,Life Medicine,ACS Biomaterials Science & Engineering等杂志的青年编委。


  1. 研究方向与领域:

1)在理解心血管和胰岛发育的基础上,利用关键转录因子,基因编辑等方法,筛选和优化体外大规模生产功能类器官的方法

2)利用病人来源诱导干细胞,建立包括血管瘤,马凡综合征,线粒体糖尿病等疾病模型和药物筛选的平台

3)利用组织工程中先进加工和制造的手段,开发包括水凝胶,三维支架和可植入器件等材料和装置用于细胞的组装,包装和递送

4)化学改性mRNA在干细胞分化和组织再生修复中的应用
