Profile

Dr. Jihong Kang is a Professor of Physiology at Peking University Health Science Center. She is also a member of the Key Laboratory of Molecular Cardiovascular Sciences of Ministry of Education. Dr. Kang received her Ph.D. in Physiology and Endocrinology from Laval University, Canada, and then she did her postdoctoral training at CHUL research center, Laval University. In 2009, she joined the Department of Physiology and Pathophysiology at Peking University Health Science Center. Dr. Kang has published peer-reviewed papers in scientific journals, including Journal of Cell Biology, PNAS, JCEM, IJMS, BOR, Endocrine Reviews, etc. Her research focuses on the pathophysiology of PCOS and reproduction-related cardiovascular diseases.
